Course Requirements

To complete your course and receive credit, you must personally review all of the course content.

Access to Course

Appraisal

All courses must be completed within 6 months from date of enrollment.

Real Estate

All courses must be completed within 30 days from date of enrollment.

Course Completion and CE Credit

Appraisal

At the end of the course, you are able to print a copy of your certificate.

The North Carolina Appraisal Board does not require you to submit CE hours. NCREEI will submit your course completion information to the North Carolina Appraisal Board for you.

Real Estate

At the end of the course, you must print off the Student Verification Statement. The signed statement must be received by NCREEI within 48 hours of the course completion in order for credit to be submitted to the NCREC. Course completion statements will be mailed to you within 10 days of course completion.

Refunds

North Carolina Real Estate Education Inc. students who purchase an online class may cancel within 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment. To request a refund, contact our online training partner Hondros Learning at support@fastclass.com or 1-866-455-3278 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm, Closed Sunday.
